Saucies Italiano Catering Co. was born from Andrew Caprio’s passion for sharing his Italian heritage. Growing up in Western Massachusetts as a descendant of Italian immigrants, Andrew spent his childhood surrounded by the aromas and flavors of homemade Italian cooking. His families’ time-honored recipes and the joy of family gatherings inspired him to bring authentic Italian cuisine to others.
After moving to Utah over 30 years ago, Andrew saw an opportunity to combine his love for Italian food with his dream of creating meaningful dining experiences. He founded Saucies Italiano to provide homemade, authentic Italian dishes for events of all sizes, from informal get-togethers to grand celebrations. Every dish reflects Andrew’s dedication to tradition, quality, and the belief that food brings people together.
